Real Estate in the area is not exactly cheap and there isn't one specific Home Owners Association. However, some of the small areas within Laguna Beach may include their own HOAs. Homes come in a wide range of prices depending on how close they are to the gulf. Most of the homes fall between $100K and $300K, with many choices over $500K, as well.
