With many new businesses opening along 30A, it's no surprise that a large upscale project is in the works. The project is known as 30Avenue and it recently broke ground on a 16-acre spot near US 98 at Inlet Beach. This community has been in need of something new for quite some time and this project will help wake it up.
Ambition designer, A Boheme is responsible for the design of 30Avenue and the project will look much like some of the other designs from Boheme in Rosemary Beach. The project will feature retail on the ground floor, residential and office spaces on the second floor and plenty of great features. No tenants have been released yet, but they will be announced as the project moves forward.
The retail space provided by the 30Avenue project will top 77,000 square feet, while the building will provide over 42,000 square feet of office space. Residential units will cover a little over 10,000 square feet.
The goal of the project is to become the first stop for travelers as they come out of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. This prominent location will become one of the most popular areas throughout the 30A area and residents will be able to access the stores and restaurants by foot or bike easily.
With a beautiful white stucco look and the mix of one and two-story buildings, this project will add to the traditional look of the community. The 30Avenue team chose this spot for the project due to the wealthy communities and the popularity of the South Walton area.
Another new addition to the Inlet Beach is the third Donut Hole location. With 30Avenue coming to the area, many expect more residential units, retail shops and more growth for this area along 30A.
