The "Real Deal Boil and Peel" is coming back to the area and will provide a great way to dine. Whether you have a huge party you need food for or just a small gathering, this authentic seafood feast is the perfect choice. Here's how it started and what you can expect.

Robert Davenport, a long time Walton county resident grew up eating many recipes made with fresh, local seafood. These recipes were eventually passed down and many locals and visitors were curious about them throughout the years. Robert decided to bring together food and his coastal heritage and created the "Real Deal Boil and Peel."

Since over 90% of the seafood sold in Florida isn't local, Robert decided to provide an authentic experience for those looking for real Florida seafood. He partnered with his friends Bruce and Junior McCullough, the owners and operators of Captain Wil-B to create a dining experience unlike any other. With his recipes and his friend's shrimp boat, they have the perfect combination.

The "Real Deal Boil and Peel" provides the opportunity for locals and visitors to witness the preparation process with 100% local and fresh food. Their rule is, "If it wasn't eating last night, we aren't eating it today."

The rules of the Real Deal include:

  • No Babysitters
  • No Traffic
  • No Crowds
  • No Shoes, no shirt, no problem
  • No DUI

When you hire these guys, they show up in your back yard and prepare, cook, serve and clean a feast perfect for royalty. They can handle any size dinner and you can show up however you would like.

Choose from many types of shrimp, flounder, Cornish hen, fried pickles, jalapenos, hush puppies and more. If you've ever wanted to really experience Florida food, this is one of the best ways to truly enjoy it. Find out more at their website,
