An Attraction at Destin Harbor

Many perks come along with owning real estate in Destin and one of them is the ability to enjoy the Destin Harbor whenever you prefer. This part of the city offers plenty to do and something for everybody. Not only do you get to enjoy the view of the water, but also the many water activities, fishing, land activities and dining.

The harbor is home to the largest fishing fleet in the state of Florida and is known for off shore fishing charters, deep-sea excursions and bottom fishing. However, there's more to the harbor than just fishing. Many enjoy other water activities, such as Jet Ski rentals and windsurfing.

What to Expect at Destin Harbor

Spending some time down at the tocks will provide you with a true experience of the "Heart of Destin". Spend time shopping, dining, out on the water or listening to live music. One of the major attractions of the harbor is the Boardwalk, which you can enjoy day and night.

The Destin Fishing Fleet

Every day at noon and around 4:30pm, the Destin Fishing Fleer returns to the harbor, which is an exciting time for kids to enjoy. You can watch the boats unload the catch of the day and it's a bit like watching airplanes take off for the kids.

Live Music and Entertainment

Many venues throughout the harbor feature live music including Lucky Snappers, AJ's and Harry T's. The HarborWalk also features an outdoor concert series throughout the summer, which will start in May and run through October. This concert series is free to the public and provides some of the best local artists.

Don't Forget the Sunset

The place to be when the sun starts to set is the Destin Harbor. This is the best place to watch the sun set over the water and you can see the beauty while dining, from the beach, from the docks or from the Boardwalk.
