Thanks to the influence of my father Ed Kirkland, a Destin & 30- a real estate professional for many years, I developed a life long passion for the housing market from a very early age. I gained a great deal of experience, working as an agent with RE/MAX for 7 years during which time I earned numerous accolades and awards. More importantly however, I gained invaluable expertise and in a few short years had built myself a considerable reputation as a dedicated and down-to-earth real estate agent.

After a number of years developing my skills and broadening my market knowledge, I am now the proud owner of my own company, Karrie & Company, which opened in Destin in January 2010. Inspired by my dad's unshakable enthusiasm for the real estate business, I have proven myself to be one of the most reliable and dedicated real estate brokers serving the South Walton district today.
